Aldor Nini, the head of "Acromax Media", launched an attack on CNA , reporting material on social platforms such as "YouTube", "Facebook" and "Instagram". ( Read here )

These materials are reported as copyrighted, but are nothing more than an attack on free speech. ( Read here )

Today we will bring some facts when Aldor Nini reports on platforms and claims copyright, but is actually lying.

The first case is blatant with Prime Minister Edi Rama, his meeting in Milan that was broadcast by CNA and all other channels.

The reporting was wrong, let's not say intentional, an abuse of Aldor Nini because it was an event of the head of the government, the material was brought by the Prime Minister and everyone reported it, just like CNA.

The second case is that of RTSH, in connection with the restoration of the film "Guna përmbi tela", a material published on the website of the Ministry of Culture and by the Prime Minister himself on his social networks.  ( Read here )

"Acromax" reported to CNA about the rights of this film, which RTSH did not actually have, but it was an officially brought material and thus the rights were also enjoyed by CNA. ( Read here )

Thirdly, "Acromax" has reported materials about the photos of the shows on "Syri TV", for which CNA had rights, and Aldor Nini was also notified of this by e-mail.  ( Read here )

There are two other media for which Aldor Nini has reported material and CNA has received the relevant documents.

So we are dealing with an abuse, in the name of copyright, for personal interests, since CNA reported Aldor Nin, not simply and only in the first case when he was arrested as a stalker of a girl, but also in the second case when he shared a news in all the media that manages the social networks, about his daughter.  ( Read here )

Aldor Nini is facing the fact that he has used his platform for personal, corrupt, abusive interests. He has served as a puppet of Erion Veliaj, it is enough to look at the articles he reports, the way they are reported and why it happens. ( Read here )

In addition, we are faced with the fact that why Aldor Nini does not report Edi Rama about his activity in Milan, but reports CNA?

Why doesn't Erion Veliajn report on the materials we have published?

Why doesn't the media he runs report the same things CNA reported?

Therefore, we are faced with many facts that a platform is being used for completely unfair interests, not in defense of copyright, but with complete abuse and in violation of copyright law, not only in Albania. ( Read here )

The evidence that we presented that we listed are part of them and if we had a fair attitude regarding the reports made by the company "Acromax" and the claims it has, today they should have been with dozens of news reported in portals and televisions.
