Kodi Zgjedhor/ Balla: Nuk i kemi marrë në konsideratë rekomandimet e OSBE/ODIHR

Minister Taulant Balla spoke today in Parliament about the law on the State Police.

He stated that in 2030 Albania will be a member of the EU and everything must be done to reach this historic moment.

As for the law on the State Police, Balla said that all the recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHR have been taken into consideration, but he cannot say the same about the changes in the Electoral Code.

"In 2030, Albania is a member of the EU. Let's do everything possible to reach this historic moment.

When we talk about the Electoral Code, we talk about the recommendations of the OSCE/ODIHT, we have not considered the recommendations enough, as for the police law, I want to guarantee that we have taken into consideration the recommendations for citizen-oriented police", he said. Balla./ CNA
