Prandaj Elisa e inceneratorëve duhet të mësojë njëherë e mirë se ato do ta thithin brenda edhe atë vetë, pushtetin e saj të korruptuar dhe të gjithkujt që është përfshirë me inceneratorët qoftë ne matës uji gjoja inteligjentë shumica e të cilëve në Berat e të tjerë nuk funksionojnë janë hedhur në kosh të plehrave qindra mijëra euro apo miliona të marra nga taksat e qytetarëve të varfër.
