For weeks, CNA has been facing an attack by Aldor Nini of "Acromax", aiming to block our social networks, with copyright claims. Initially, it started with the blocking of materials on "Facebook" and "Instagram" and also followed a fierce campaign for reporting videos on "YouTube". ( Read here )

We must emphasize that CNA has over 13 thousand videos on its "Youtube" page , with tens of thousands of views from citizens all over the world. Of these, 9 videos are "in violation" according to Aldor Nini, where two of them that were tried to be deleted by Aldor Nini, have returned to the "Youtube" page , after the platform gave us the right, while the remaining videos are in appeal process. The CNA video posted on "YouTube" is one of the nocturnal videos published on the "Facebook" social network of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha. The main representative of the opposition shares the video on his social network, while Aldor Nini claims the copyright. A claim that goes to absurd levels! In the June 2nd video of this protest, the protesting citizens themselves have published a chronicle on "Syri TV", while "Acromax" has reported the video, with the claim that CNA has violated the copyright of "Syri TV", at a time that "Syri TV" itself has notified "Acromax" twice that CNA enjoys the rights to use any material published by "Syri TV". The concrete case is the blocking of the video for the restoration of the film "Gunat umbi Tela". This video has been blocked with the "argument" that copyright has been violated. CNA, in cooperation with a law firm and copyright experts, has already prepared a complete file regarding the citizen Aldor Nini and the company "Acromax", a file which will be taken not only to the courts, but also to it is brought to all the responsible institutions in Europe, as well as the platforms, with which Aldor Nini abuses copyrights by using them for his clientelistic, personal interests and imposing a censorship on the media.

We emphasize that this is the maximum that Aldor Nini can do, he can close any "Facebook" or "YouTube", but for us this is not a financial cost, for us it is a cost of censorship that is intended to be done to independent media, even though Aldor Nini has lost this battle with us, as CNA will always aim for the truth without censorship, the news without filters, for the citizens.
