CNA reported a day ago that Aldor Nini, the head of "Acromax", was charged by the Prosecutor's Office of Tirana. ( Read here )

Official sources told CNA that Aldor Nini was charged with stalking after he had a collision and stalked his ex-fiancée.

CNA learned that the prosecutors of the case have provided complete materials related to the fake profiles on social networks, "Limoni i Artë", where videos of Aldor Nini's ex-fiancée have been published. ( Read here )

According to the data brought to Albania by the "Meta" company, the accounts that haunted the girl were opened in the office or in a cafe below Aldor Nini's office. The prosecutors suspect that his company "Acromax" and the citizen Xhulja were implicated in the opening of these accounts.

Now that the charges have been officially communicated to Aldor Nini, he risks up to 4 years in prison for stalking.

Article 121/a of the Criminal Code states that:

"The persecution

Threatening or harassing the person by means of repeated actions, with the intention of causing a constant and severe state of anxiety or fear for the personal safety, of a relative or of a person with whom he has a spiritual connection, or to force him to change his way of life, shall be sentenced to imprisonment from six months to four years.

When this offense is committed by the ex-husband, ex-cohabitant or person who had a spiritual relationship with the injured party, the penalty is increased by one third of the given penalty.

When this offense is committed against a minor, a pregnant woman or a person powerless to defend themselves, as well as when it is committed by a masked person or is accompanied by the possession or use of weapons, the penalty is increased to one second of the penalty of given".

The family members of the ex-wife have stated to the police that the manager of "Acromax" took the minor girl on May 26, the day when she had the meeting according to the court, but refused to return her.

For this reason, he will face another criminal charge.
