Erion Veliaj, the pilot of the incinerators

One may be surprised by this title, why we call Erion Veliaj innocent. Maybe a SPAK prosecutor, who has spent quite a bit of time in Veliaj's office or others who have served the latter, is more surprised. The justice system captured by Fatmir Xhafaj's people close to the mayor of Tirana, but we will stay with the incinerators until the end, to show the "innocents".

Erion Veliaj has no connection with the Tirana incinerator because according to him the procedure was not done by him but by the Albanian government, the contract was signed by the government. Yes, of course, the contract was signed by Lefter Koka, but the request was made by Erion Veliaj and Erion is "innocent".

You have this in the video where you can hear where he says that he is the one who asked Prime Minister Edi Rama to build an incinerator, to provide funds for the Tirana landfill and precisely for an incinerator that does not exist.

It is not Erion Veliajn's fault that the incinerator does not exist even though he continuously unstoppable sabotaged the function of the Enforcement Unit that would control everything that happened. Although the latter are also mired in the mire of corruption with the incinerators.

There is no "fault" Erion Veliaj. He or his officials have not signed any contract that could bring him income of over 60 million euros, which is money that comes from collecting soil and taking it to the landfill, contract with the company's directors of the Municipality concessionary, a new tax and there is no fault for it.

It is not Erion Veliaj's "fault" that a new tax is imposed on construction companies in the Municipality of Tirana.

And all the structures of this institution subordinated to Erion Veliaj, have unfortunately gotten out of control because they have become the soldiers of the incinerator company, while Lali did not know and did not see anything.

There is no "fault" Erion Veliaj.

He was not aware of the incinerator affair, but he was aware of and inaugurated schools built by the incinerator company of which the owners were not aware. Erion Veliaj has no "fault" for the incinerators even though he came out and told the Albanians that it was a Dutch company, while Klodian Zoto and Mirel Mërtiri were hiding behind it.

There is no "fault" Erion Veliaj. The fault lies with the friends of Arben Ahmetaj who were collaborators of Erion Veliaj and in this case they made a fool of him. He is not guilty, he is "innocent". There is no "fault" Veliaj for the incinerators at all.

He was not aware of and never approved any request for incinerators. Although, as we pointed out at the beginning, he has said publicly that he is the one who asked for it.

There is also an official letter that he approves, on behalf of the Municipalities of Tirana district.

Erion Veliaj has no "fault" although he himself says it with voice and figure that he is the initiator and the requester of this incinerator that was not built at all, does not exist but hundreds of millions of euros were taken which Erion Veliaj paid.

Erion Veliaj is not aware, he is not "guilty" even though he ate and drank with Mirel Mërtiri & company and with the people of the incinerators to whom he gave orders where and how to take the soil from private objects and subjects. Erion Veliaj is not simply "guilty" and he just did not know that the structures under his authority approved the incinerator or helped their company with the documents in his name.

Erion Veliaj who roams the streets of Tirana and knows every corner of it is not "guilty" of not knowing that the incinerator did not exist, only that he had to pay millions of euros and the incinerator would not exist, although hundreds of millions were taken from the pockets of Albanians poor.

Erion veliaj does not know anything about this, he simply knows how to make propaganda or surround SPAK prosecutors to prevent them from taking appropriate actions and to finalize the investigations related to this affair using his propaganda and disgusting attacks that they will never be able to stop the truth of the incinerators from being revealed to the end, neither he nor the justice system caught or uncaught will ever be able to stop the truth after it has already come out.

Everyone sees it. Simply and only Erion Veliaj asks to amnesty all this saying that he knew nothing or hoping that as the elections are approaching he will win some votes and by winning these votes he will justify his amnesty.

But amnesty for incinerators does not exist and is not to be had./ CNA
