Ardian Hajdari blackmails the judge with a photo/ Tensions in GJKKO

The session for the former member of the KPA, Ardian Hajdari in the GJKKO has been held amid tensions.

The former vetting commissioner has attacked judge Atalanta Zeqiri, accusing her of friendship with the plaintiff Antonta Sevdari.

Hajdari asked the judge to withdraw, while he took out two pictures of her with Sevdar.

Ish -prokurorja e Prokurorisë së Tiranës Antoneta Sevdari, ish-prokurori i Korçës Elsion Sadiku dhe ish-gjyqtari i Apelit Tiranë, Ervin Metalla, të cilët janë shkarkuar nga detyra gjatë procesit të rivlerësimit, kanë kallëzuar në Strukturën e Posaçme Anntikorrupsion Ardian Hajdarin për falsifikim dokumentesh me qëllim që të zgjidhej në Komisionet e Rivlerësimit.

Hajdari akuzohet nga SPAK për “fshehje dhe deklarim të rreme të pasurisë”. Sipas hetimit, ai nuk ka bërë deklarime të sakta në lidhje me disa vite punë si avokat. Anëtari i KPA u pezullua nga detyra në muajin shkurt. Ai u mor i pandehur nga Prokuroria e Posaçme për akuzat në fjalë./CNA.al
