The Commissioner of Vetting, Etleda Çiftja, appeared today at GJKKO, in the next session.

Konkretisht Etleda Çiftja, është akuzuar për kryerjen e veprave penale të “Falsifikimit të dokumentit”, në formën e përdorimit, parashikuar nga neni 186 paragrafi i parë i K.Penal dhe “Refuzim për deklarimin, mosdeklarimin, fshehja ose deklarimi i rremë i pasurive, interesave privatë të personave të zgjedhur dhe nëpunësve publikë ose i çdo personi tjetër që ka detyrim ligjor për deklarim”, parashikuar nga neni 257/a paragrafi i dytë i K.Penal.

According to SPAK, from the conducted investigations it has been proven beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant Etleda Çiftja, in statement no. 14568 index, delivery date 17.07.2017, made a false declaration of wealth, specifically in relation to the source of the purchase of the residential apartment, of two plots of arable land with an area of ??1450 m2 and an area of ??3440 m2, the way of acquiring ownership for the two areas of arable land as well as regarding the purpose of obtaining a loan from the former Emporiki Bank - Albania sh.a./CNA.al
