The Independent Qualification Commission has dismissed Fier's prosecutor Çlirim Sino.

Çlirim Sino is not an unknown name to the public.

His name is related to an accident that happened in Fier in 2012, where a minor lost his life.

Prindërit e të miturit dhanë alarmin në media se prokurori Sino nuk e ka hetuar si duhet rastin në fjalë, madje e kallëzuan penalisht prokurorin Sino.  Në mbështetje të tyre, vitin e kaluar dolën edhe Gjykata Shkallës së Parë, Lushnje dhe ajo e Apelit Vlorë.

Në media u raportua, se gjykatat,  pasi shqyrtuan provat, urdhëruan Prokurorinë e Lushnjes që të niste hetimet ndaj prokurorit të Prokurorisë Fier, Çlirim Sino,  me arsyetimin se i njëjti nuk e ka hetuar çështjen ashtu siç duhet dhe në këtë mënyre ka shpërdoruar detyrën.

Por, prokurori i Lushnjes Arben Dyla e pushoi procedimin penal ndaj kolegut të tij me pretendimin se vepra penale në këtë akuzë të bërë nga familjarët nuk ekziston, duke u shpërtuar kështu prangave.
