KPA “overthrows” the IOM / Enforces the decision on the Chief Justice

The Special Appellate Panel upheld the KPC decision to reconfirm Judge Irena Gjoka, President of the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime.

We recall here that Gjoka was reconfirmed in office by the Independent Qualification Commission, in February 2020.

But the Public Commissioner at the time, Dariel Sina, who was later replaced by Commissioner Irena Nino, demanded the dismissal of Judge Gjoka./ CNA.al
