According to data from the ILDKPI, Sokol Sadushi's asset declarations show an expansion of his real estate portfolio over the years, starting with an apartment in Tirana and continuing with investments and profits from entrepreneurial contracts.

The first declared property is a 186 m² apartment in Tirana, purchased in 1998, where Sadushi owns 66% of the ownership.

In 2003, he declared the purchase of an apartment in Kavaja, financed through a loan of 20 thousand dollars. This property was sold in 2006 for 55 thousand euros.

In 2003, he also declared a house in Vlora, which he owns 33% of, property received through inheritance, from which he also benefited from rental income of 2,400 euros.

In 2006, Sadushi entered into a business contract for a 99.5 m² apartment in Golem, which was registered as ownership in 2012.

Meanwhile, in the period 2010–2011, an apartment with an area of ??81.69 m² was legalized in Tirana, built as an addition to the existing apartment. In the 2011 declaration, the amount of 2,000,000 lek was reflected as a payment made for construction and furnishing.

One of the most important wealth developments occurred in 2017, when several new assets were registered in the name of Sokol Sadushi and his co-owners from a business contract on a property in Vlora.

Sadushi's taxable share is 33.3% in a 39 m² garage, an 86.5 m² service unit and five apartments with areas of 111 m², 90 m², 89 m², 63 m² and 62 m².

Also in 2017, the 89 m² apartment in Vlora, benefiting from this entrepreneurial contract, was sold for 45 thousand euros, with Sadushi declaring his taxable share of one third of the property.

Looking at this data, Sokol Sadushi resembles a real estate agency with an expanded portfolio of properties that started in Tirana, Kavaja and ended in Vlora.
