Irfan Hysenbelliu claims to be a big businessman, an honest businessman, but in fact he is a businessman who does not pay taxes, a fraudster and who attacks institutions to avoid paying taxes.

But not only that, in addition to not paying his staff's taxes and insurance, the fraudster Irfan Hysenbelliu does not even pay his employees' salaries.
