The next case broadcast on the show "Stop", this Thursday, June 4, deals with the complaint of a citizen, who addressed "Stop" with the claim that she had been waiting for more than a year to receive back 3 million lek, which she had given to the entity "Bea Marketing Promocion", with administrator Ermelinda Sinani.

According to the complainant, the amount was given as part of a cooperation project, with the guarantee that it would be returned within a week. However, despite repeated promises, the money was not returned.

"I have given her several warnings that I will take action and I will report you with the idea that it may reflect on the situation. I met the lady at a private company where I was previously employed, which had a collaboration to realize a cultural event and at that time she approached me with the idea of ????let's collaborate, which never happened. She approached me with the idea of ????taking this debt... The offices have changed, so it is impossible for me to find a way to meet with the lady."

The citizen provided communications between the parties, as well as bank documentation, proving the transfer of the amount. These communications acknowledged the existence of the financial obligation and mentioned various deadlines for the return of the amount, which had not been respected.

The situation took a different turn when the journalist contacted administrator Ermelinda Sinani. Immediately after the call, the latter sent a message to the citizen and made a first payment of 800 thousand lek, promising that the remaining amount would be paid within the specified deadline.

Subsequently, Ermelinda Sinani paid off the entire financial obligation of 3 million lek to the citizen, solving the problem that had been going on for more than a year.
