Refused the release of the drug trafficker / KPC confirms the judge in office

The Independent Qualification Commission has confirmed the Lezha judge Elsa Ulliri.

The latter was investigated in three evaluation criteria, that of wealth, purity of image and professionalism by the panel Pamela Qirko, Roland Ilia, Etleda Çiftja.

In all three criteria Olive was clean. For the judge of Lezha, the investigation has started since December 2019.

Judge Ulliri has been criticized in the media after refusing to release a convicted drug trafficker.

It is about Jurgen Molla, who was convicted for drug trafficking by the Court of Serious Crimes, on November 25, 2019 and had filed in the court of Lezha a request for parole.

A first request filed in September 2019, Molla had filed in the court of Lezha, for reduction of the sentence by 90 days, but this request was rejected on November 4, 2019 by Judge Elsa Ulliri./ CNA.al
