Accused of corrupt acts / KPC dismisses the judge of Tirana

The Independent Qualification Commission has dismissed the judge of the Tirana Court, Altin Abdiu, the son of Fehmi Abdiu, who was the head of the Constitutional Court.

Altin Abdiu was investigated on three criteria by the trial panel Suela Zhegu, Roland Ilia, Pamela Qirko.

Abdiu has been charged with corruption, favoring certain individuals for embezzling property.
