Judges and prosecutors who are left for autumn / Rinis Vettingu

September 1 marked the restart of Vetting.

In the first instance, in the Independent Qualification Commission, the first to open the autumn season is prosecutor Bajram Breçani.

The latter will be re-evaluated by the judging panel composed of Etleda Çiftja, Pamela Qirko and Roland Ilia.

The hearing was scheduled to be held in July, but was postponed after Brecani's lawyer asked for time to familiarize himself with the materials.

Breçani started his career in 2013 at the Prosecutor's Office of the Krujë Judicial District. A year later, he was transferred to the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, where he served until 2016, before moving to Tirana.

Ndërkohë kanë mbetur pa kaluar në filter, në shkallë të parë afro 250 prokurorë të prokurorive të Shkallës së Parë dhe Apelit.

Ndërsa shkalla e dytë e Vettingut, Kolegji i Posaçëm i Apelimit e rinis  me 13 shtator me çështjen e gjyqtares Valdete Hoxha, për të vijuar më tej me 14 shtator, ku është njoftuar se do të ketë seancë  për subjektin Entela Shedula.

Me 21 shtator do të zhvillohet seanca në lidhje me subjektin e rivlerësimit Ardit Mustafaj, I cili ka ankimuar KPK-në.

Dhe me 27 shtator, KPA, do të shqyrtojë rastin e subjektit Markelian Kuqo./CNA.al
