Skandali në Komisionin e Vettingut/ Komisionerja nën akuzë nga SPAK vazhdon detyrën

SPAK ka shpallur pretencën për anëtaren e komisionitë të Vettingut, Etleda Çiftja.

1 vit e gjashtë muaj burg ka kërkuar prokuroria për anëtaren e KPK-së. Por me gjykim të shkurtuar përllogaritet vetëm në një vit burg.

Edhe këtë vit SPAK ka kërkuar ta  pezullojë dhe ta klojë dy vite në shërbim prove, përs shkak se është nënë e dy fëmijëve dhe e padënuar më parë.

Çiftja është akuzuar dhe gjykuar për fshehje të pasurisë dhe falsifikim dhe gjatë gjithë kësaj që  përballej me drejtësinë ajo ka vijuar punën në Komisionin e Pavarur të Kualifikimit.

Pra, ndërkohë që ishte vetë nën akuzë Çiftja ka dhënë vendime për gjyqtarë dhe prokurorë, në vend që të ishte pezulluar deri në përfundim të hetimeve.

Gjyqtarë dhe prokurorë për të njëjtat shkelje janë shkarkuar nga Çiftja, por vetë anëtarja ka shënuar skandalin e  radhës të Vettingut./CNA.al
