A commission with a political goal, the attack on SPAK. This is the name of the special parliamentary commission, which was discovered by CNA a few months ago and was raised by the majority, led by Fatmir Xhafajt.

The latter stated that he had received the support of the international community, but there have been 4 or 5 sessions and the positions of the USA and the EU have been quite strong against this commission, against its actions and the shadowy intentions of the man who is seeks to tie SPAK's hands in the fight against corruption.

In fact, the commission with a strategy for the path that should be followed by independent institutions towards integration, in the reports that should be created in legal compatibility with EU standards is a very positive thing and Prime Minister Edi Rama has clarified it several times.

But the way this commission was built, the moment when it was built, or going even further, the taking over by an individual with problems with justice, not only for his family members, but also for the strong interventions that he tries to make by keeping under control certain segments of the system after the reform, overthrew the commission.

Building a commission for the integration path of the country, for the compatibility of institutions is one side, but meanwhile there is a commission for integration. Therefore, it is time for Prime Minister Edi Rama to accept it, correct it and establish a real commission, which can bring legal changes, reforms in accordance with EU standards on Albania's path towards integration. There are many ways, the prime minister knows.

For this reason, it is time for Rama to accept the failure of the "Xhafaj" commission, where the opposition has not gone, where the internationals do not support it, to create a broad commission, to amend it, perhaps in cooperation with the opposition, through negotiations, with co-chairmen , commission on the parties, bipartisan, with well-defined rules for the legal arrangements required by the independent institutions until the decision-making that will be needed later in the Parliament, possibly even with a majority of votes.

This type of reform cannot be passed by a commission abandoned by the opposition, by a commission led by Fatmir Xhafaj and by a group of angry politicians who have a quarrel with justice because it is arresting the thieves of Rilindza and endangering its 99-chas.

No one can deny Rama's role for the Justice Reform, he shouts about it and says that he is the man who created the reform and SPAK, but this time Rama must admit that his Xhafaj, or rather Er's lali should withdraw and make a real commission for institutional reform, which can go anywhere, but not one-sided, not with enemies, not with goals to attack the institutions, but to reform them and to given direction to Europe./ CNA
