The Assembly cannot become Fatmir Xhafaj's agritourism kitchen

The Assembly cannot become Fatmir Xhafaj's agritourism kitchen
Fatmir Xhafaj in the Assembly

Fatmir Xhafaj, in his speech in the Assembly after becoming the leader of the Socialist Party, speaking on behalf of the majority, declared that the majority had reflected on its role in the justice system.

And according to Fatmir, he did the reflection through the establishment of the "Xhafaj" Commission! In his commission, Xhafaj wanted to give the opportunity to the justice bodies to contribute to the Assembly reflecting its responsibilities.

This is what Xhafaj of the "5D" scheme said. ( READ HERE )

But in the knowledge of the public, it does not result that any of the justice bodies have complained to Fatmir that the Assembly is not reflecting its responsibilities well, nor has it institutionally asked the Assembly to set up any commission where they can find the mother party and to be able to express their problems.

I mean Fatmir came up with the idea, Fatmir found shortcomings in the role of the Assembly, Fatmir set up a Commission, Fatmir sat as chairman of the "Ad-Hoc" Commission and planned to call them so that they could talk and Fatmir would help them!

"The majority, in reflection of the constitutional and legal responsibilities of the Assembly, took this step by establishing a special parliamentary commission that, among other things, will give the opportunity to the representatives of the system itself, its experts and professionals that they themselves, the people of the system, judges and prosecutors, representatives of institutions, to present, debate and decide in an open process for the reflections that must be made in the system through a comprehensive and transparent process in front of the expertise of civil society, the academic body and the assessment of the citizens themselves."

The bodies of justice have defined in their own organic laws when, where, how and why they go to the Assembly. The commissions responsible for contacts with the Assembly are those provided for by the Constitution, the Organic Laws of the justice bodies and by the Assembly's regulations. And none of those acts write anywhere the name of Fatmir Xhafaj as the boss of all and above all.

The Assembly has just completed the reporting procedures of the judicial bodies. It has just produced the draft resolutions that are expected to be approved. None of the reports of the internal services of the Assembly have in their content, neither problems for justice institutions, nor any of Fatmir's troubles.

Where did Fatmiri find the discoveries he makes?

Fatmir Xhafaj is simply a deputy of the Assembly, regardless of the titles he wants to wear with a commission that does not provide him with a single member to call, listen, or propose. As a member of parliament he can propose anything on his doorstep seeking to solve a list of personal problems.

But you can't become the chairman of the Commission. The Assembly is not Fatmir Xhafajt's bazaar or agritourism kitchen where he can prepare the menu according to the meal or according to the season.

The Monitoring Services of the Assembly, according to the reports written for a whole year, do not have in their content any of the problems that Fatmiri is concerned about.

This is the truth to which Fatmiri cannot respond with the ghost of the commission without underwear./ CNA
