For several months, it has been reported about a commission, which in principle seemed to be a step in the integration process, or in relation to the independent institutions that should have responsibility in front of the European Union. (read here)

This is how it was advertised and as such it should have the support of all parties, this was also said by the American embassy, ??which requested a bipartisan commission, i.e. a real reform commission on the road to Europe. (read here)

But before it appeared politically, this commission was advertised by Erion Veliaj, the mayor of Tirana, who emphasized on the streets of the capital that he had chosen Fatmir Xhafajn and filled Edi Rama's mind with a commission that would control SPAK and this institution would it was impossible for him to arrest his directors. The majority advanced with the commission

Prime Minister Edi Rama has never accepted that this commission has anything to do with SPAK, on ??the contrary he declares that SPAK is there because of him and it was his political will and they should pass over the body of Rama and the Americans that SPAK does not exist, or is attacked.  The Prime Minister emphasizes that the commission has another task.

In fact, in all political analyses, it seems that the commission is biased from the first moment, when the chairman was appointed.  It is prejudicial that the last Enverist has been chosen to make a commission regarding the questioning or the recommendations, the legal changes and the advancement of the integration process. Not simply for him as an individual, but for the fact that the parliament has a commission for integration and it is led by the opposition. ( read here)

The majority, in order to absorb all the opposition in the process, could build another commission and again give the opposition to make two co-chairs and show that it wanted a real spirit of cooperation . Pse duhet Fatmir Xhafaj?

Pse duhet të paragjykohej komisioni? Në fakt që në fillim nisi si një dështim sepse e braktisën ndërkombëtarët. Asnjëri nga institucionet diplomatike nuk shkojnë në fillimet e punimeve të këtij komisioni. Gjithashtu opozitës, së cilës edhe pse iu vendosën përfaqësuesit, e bojkotoi. (lexo këtu)

Të shkosh në BE me enveristin e fundit?

Të gjithë do të donin një komision, jo vetëm parlamentar, por edhe më të gjerë, jo vetëm bipartizan, por edhe për të gjerë, ku të përfshihen të gjithë aktorët dhe faktorët e shoqërisë, për të gjitha nivelet drejtuese dhe të mbështetjes gjerësisht, të shkonteedhe në reforma kushtetuese, ndoshta të nevojshme për vendin për t’u hyrë në themel të gjithë hapave që na çojnë në BE.

Por të shkosh në BE me një enverist që ka dështuar një Reformë në Drejtësi, duke nxjerrë nga sistemi individë të ndershëm dhe duke mbajtur brenda tij pazarxhinj dhe rilindas, të cilët janë avokatët më të këqij të pushtetit të mazhorancës, apo të shkosh në reformë të integrimit evropian me enveristin e fundit, do t’i thuash Evropës që ne po vijmë, e kemi ndryshuar pasi enveristin e kemi bërë demokrat dhe e kemi proevropian dhe proamerikan, këtë nuk e pranon më kush. 

Sa për suksesin e Fatmir Xhafajt të Reformës në Drejtësi që shpaloset me të madhe, të gjithë duhet të kuptojnë se nuk ishte Fatmir Xhafaj që e bëri Reformën në Drejtësi, apo shokët e tij. Fatmir Xhafaj thjesht dhe vetëm në fund mori të printuar dokumentet e përgatitura nga ndërkombëtarët që dhe ato ishin plot gabime e në rast se Xhafaj do të ishte profesionist duhet t’i kishte korrigjuar ato, por nuk e bëri dot kurrë, pasi nuk dinte ta bënte këtë gjë.
