For Erion Veliaj, who is the head of the municipality, who is the man who for 9 years appointed, circulated a bunch of thieving directors, all those who are in prison, from Mariglen Qato, to Redi Molla, to Taulant Tusha, etc. , there is no security measure as long as the investigations for the "5D" file are carried out.
