The two prosecutors of SPAK, who have in their hands the file of the Tirana incinerator, the landfill where a company has an income of about 25 million dollars per year, are not investigating this corrupt affair.

After 6 years, according to the feasibility study and according to the annex-contract signed by the Albanian state, the investment of 128 million euros should have already been completed, which in fact was not carried out and the company itself in its latest statement said 32 million dollars, although on the other hand about 30 million dollars is the potential profit of this company.

The two prosecutors, Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prençi, are not investigating the Tirana incinerator file. Altin Dumani, the head of SPAK, almost said this orally.

Why aren't Altin Dumani, Dritan Prençi and Vladimir Mara

Dumani, from whom quite a bit is expected, in his last media appearance said that letters were sent, he said that in Tirana the situation was different, but he did not say that the file had not moved, he did not say that for 6 months he has been in head of SPAK, there are no concrete actions and clarification of the truth about the 430 million dollar affair for 30 years signed, which in fact, according to the figures, amounts to 750 million dollars, which are paid by the taxes of poor Albanians, by Albanian business.

The file is sleeping and Vladimir Mara and Dritan Prençi are the two prosecutors who have this file, including Altin Dumanin, who together have shown us for a long time that they have failed in the investigation of this affair, or they want to close this case and put the lid on it.

Edhe kryebashkiaku i Tiranës, Erion Veliaj, një nga njerëzit që është akuzuar nga opozita, së fundi tha se nuk e drejtonte ai institucionin e prokurorisë, se po ta kishte ai do të kishte gjetur përgjegjësit.

Tashmë shohim qartazi se as Dritan Prençi, as Altin Dumani dhe as Vladimir Mara nuk po e hetojnë inceneratorin e Tiranës, një aferë që po rrjep xhepat e shqiptarëve.

Është një dosje voluminoze, ku kompania e inceneratorit të Tiranës, me aksionet e Giuseppe Ciaffaglione-s, njeriut që punësoi babain e Alqi Bllakos, kompania e inceneratorit që ka paguar me qindra miliona Stela Gugalljan, Klodian Zoton, për konsulenca, kompaninë e Klodian Zotos për ndërtim, ndërkohë që sot nuk ka inceneratorë dhe nuk është kryer investimi që duhet të ishte në fazën e tij përfundimtare prej gati 128 milionë eurosh.

Vladimir Mara, Dritan Prençi, por edhe Altin Dumani nuk mund të jenë grupi i Agushit që ha gjizë e as të bëjnë korin e karrocës së Dylit, por duhet të zbardhin të vërtetën.

Edhe pse është fushatë zgjedhore, nuk mund të heshtin gjoja me justifikimin se nuk duam të ndërhyjmë se ka votime, sepse kështu po i japin kohë kompanisë, aksionerët po ndryshohen edhe në shkelje të ligjit, pa i marrë leje më parë qeverisë së Shqipërisë, ndërkohë shqiptarët i paguajnë taksat e tyre për inceneratorët që më pas të paguhet rrjeti i korrupsionit mediatik, i gjobaxhinjve, i shantazheve, shitblerja e njerëzve, pazaret dhe skenaret që në fakt nuk i paguajnë bizneset, nuk i paguajnë pronarët, por xhepat e shqiptarëve të varfër, të cilët duhet të paguajnë një incenerator që nuk ekziston, i cili duhet të kishte përfunduar totalisht pas 6 vitesh investimin dhe sot nuk ka kryer as 30% të tij, siç deklaron edhe vetë kompania./ CNA.al
