The incinerator affair is the biggest in 30 years. The most corrupt scandal of the Albanian democracy that captures frightening numbers of signed contracts, which start at several tens of thousands of euros and end with billions.

Incinerators that don't work and incinerators that don't exist, but also burning garbage. Garbage that really burns is lit. But for those who look at it simply as flames, it is money that burns. Those wastes are the citizens' taxes that are wasted.

It started a year ago in Fier, you can see it in these photos.

The waste was set on fire in the Mbrostar area of ??Fier, which should actually go to the Fier incinerator. The area cannot be called rehabilitated or the solution to the waste problem if those that are not incinerated, i.e. not burned, or taken to where they should be treated.

Our government and the Municipality of Fier as quite "smart" and "ladies" found the solution when they signed the contract for the incinerator of Fier, they did not specify the exact location, as there were problems initially. There was a cost to change the area where it would be built and also the waste that had been built up for years got a solution. After they were not included as problematic in the combustion at the Fieri incinerator because it was being built, they were set on fire. At the height of the tourist season, smoke covered the city of Fier.

The same situation was repeated in Vlora. The existing landfill of Vlora burned in July this year, the smoke covered the city. While the German bank KFV had paid, it had given a loan of several million euros, which Klodian Zoto had won again, to build a landfill in Vlora. And the remains were to be taken there, but again they were set on fire.

Elbasan is the third case that happened yesterday. But there is an incinerator in Elbasan, which, according to our honorable prime minister, is under repair. Why should an incinerator, which was put into operation a year or two ago, have to be overhauled? Only our prime minister can explain this to us. The Elbasan incinerator is an investment with a 7-year contract started in 2014 that was supposed to be completed at the end of 2021.

Një kazan me naftë mund të quhet pasi do miliona euro që të punojë. Pretendohet që prodhon energji. Në fakt, edhe pas kontratës për energji në këtë incinerator, pra për impiantin e prodhimit të energjisë, ka një aferë korruptive që po hetohet nga SPAK-u, por kjo është diçka tjetër.

Dje mbetjet në inceneratorin e Elbasanit i kanë përfshirë flakët. Është i treti rast që digjen mbetjet. Në Vlorë, në Fier dhe tashmë në Elbasan. Investohen 24 milionë euro sërish inceneratori nuk i djeg mbetjet. Sërish malet me plehra janë aty. Ku është ndryshimi? Landfill dje në Elbasan, landfill dje në Fier. Rastësisht ra në Fier, rastësisht tymi doli në Elbasan, rastësisht doli në Vlorë. Dhe për ata që duan të mësojnë, në Fier e ka pasur inceneratorin Klodian Zoto me Mirel Mërtirin, në Elbasan, Klodian Zoto me Mirel Mërtirin dhe në Vlorë ka qenë sërish Klodian Zoto te landfilli. Dhe në Tiranë sërish Klodian Zoto me Mirel Mërtirin.

Në tri nga këto ka pasur tym e flakë mbi mbetjet, të cilat janë miliona euro që digjen nga taksat e qytetarëve, që kanë paguar që ato mbetje të mos jenë më aty.
