Erion Veliaj appears in the media and says: yes, I have requested the government to have an incinerator in Tirana because it was an IFC project, it was more expensive than this incinerator that we requested.

In fact, the IFC project was not an incinerator but included the cleaning of Tirana plus the landfill and the costs were lower.

On the other hand, there is Erion Veliaj, who has his representatives as the mayor of Tirana, ie Taulant Tušen, in the committee where the procedure for the incinerator of Tirana was discussed, ie for the granting of the concession.

On the other hand, Taulant Tushe there says to avoid the Municipal Council. On the other hand, this "innocent" Erion Veliaj, how is it possible that he takes a letter to Alqi Bllakos and says we agree in principle?

How can he be innocent when he asked for it himself, agreed to it himself and avoided the Municipal Council himself or had his people, his representatives as mayor in the procedure.

This is the "innocent" Erion Veliaj of the incinerators.

The money goes from the state budget, from the government to the accounts of the Municipality of Tirana to be given to the incinerator of Tirana, the concession company behind which Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto hid. At least from 2019 until now, almost 5 years have been written about the Tirana incinerator, that it is not the Dutch, that it is not a foreign company, that the Albanians are hiding behind.

How is it possible? He didn't know Erion Veliaj, he didn't see, he didn't hear, he didn't read? Didn't Erion Veliaj go as "innocent" to the investigative parliamentary committee, which was done as it was done and did not speak and defend?

So, Erion Veliaj is "innocent". The one who made the request, the one who was in the procedure, the one who makes money payments, the one who signs contracts, his subordinates sign tens of millions of euros, money paid by citizens through the purchase of apartments or constructions in the capital.

He is the "innocent" in the history of the Tirana incinerator. Yes. Erion Veliaj is "innocent" only because of the fact that he is out for the incinerator affair, since he should be in prison precisely for his innocence, that of the fool who wants to sell it to the Albanians while he himself asked for it, himself signed it, he himself implemented the whole corrupt affair of the Tirana incinerator./ CNA
