Is the "Xhafaj" Commission serving as an instrument of blackmail?

Every day it is becoming clear how the "Xhafaj" Commission, in cooperation with Eduard Shalsi as the chairman of the Economy Commission, are the authors of the direct blackmail that is being done to the Supreme State Control and not only.

As a function of blackmail, Eduard Shalsi organized free chat sessions, almost as a report of KLSH.
