Every day it is becoming clear how the "Xhafaj" Commission, in cooperation with Eduard Shalsi as the chairman of the Economy Commission, are the authors of the direct blackmail that is being done to the Supreme State Control and not only.

As a function of blackmail, Eduard Shalsi organized free chat sessions, almost as a report of KLSH. The sessions resembled conversations in the village cafe, where all those who can enter and leave the cafe sit and talk about their own problems and those of the poor.
