There was talk in the media of a mega-operation, with dozens arrested and others declared wanted. Later, the head of SPAK, Arben Kraja, and the General Director of the State Police, Gledis Nano, appeared at the press conference to give the details of this mega-operation.

But what happens? Beyond the alleged success, and in fact the judiciary should be congratulated on this operation, there is a detail. The ?heads? of the criminal world have not yet been caught. Ervis Martinaj and Suel Çela have not been arrested. They fled in the ?unknown direction?. We recall here that Ervis Martinaj is a much talked about person for his role in the underworld, one of the people involved in the massacre that took place in the former Bloc area in Tirana a few years ago, where one person lost his life and several others were injured.

The media reported that the operation to capture Ervis Martinaj was carried out in Tirana, in the area of the Dry Lake and at the Dinamo Stadium, but the police couldn?t arrest him.
