The staff of the Parliament of Albania has been stunned by the information of the corridors for an expected structural reform and re-description of functions.

In 2018, the Assembly approved procedural rules for the supervision of institutions as well as their reporting deadlines.
Those rules do not include the justice bodies because the reporting of these bodies is regulated as much as possible by the Constitution and the organic laws of their operation.

Xhafaj është promotori i të gjithë vorbullës së ngrehur jo vetëm në Parlament por dhe në kokat e disa personazheve butaforike të maxhorancës të tipit Shalsi. Nga vorbulla e gjasme reformes së administratis së Kuvendit, Fatmir Xhafaj synon thjesht njohjen e atësisë të reformës që i ka dalë duarsh. Shalsin e shkretë përfshijnë emocionet dhe meqë u hap loja, edhe ai kërkon thjesht që të kapi ça t kapi nga shefat e institucioneve te pavarura kur t'i shkojnë për raportim.

Çuci kupton që meqë të gjithë po konsiderojnë që nga vorbulla mund të dalë ndonjë gjë e mirë për veten e vet, atëherë është i bindur që me siguri kjo do jet gjë e mirë edhe për atë vetë. Nëse të gjithë po thonë që stafi i Kuvendit ka faj, atëherë me siguri ata kanë faj. Se nuk flet kot Shalsi!

Lindita Nikolla gjithashtu! Atë askush nuk e vlerëson si kryetare të zonjën, por edhe për këtë me siguri fajin e ka stafi që nuk ja shkruan siç duhet ato që ajo lexon. Sa i takon asaj, ajo shkon gjithmonë në punë me flokë të krehura. Ajo e bën rregullisht pjesën që i takon!

Ndaj secili sipas takatit dolën edhe folën. Shalsi në fakt foli më gjatë dhe mi "teknikisht" se të tjerët. Dhe kjo edhe për shkak se po vjen Marsi dhe te Shalsi do raportojnë ëi gjithë ata të pavarur që ka emëruar Shalsi.

Po Fatmiri? Pse hesht Fatmir Xhafaj? Njeriu që sipas të gjitha gjasave ishte personi, që kishte gjetur zgjidhjen për t'ju ndërsyer me rob Kuvendi SPAK-ut dhe SPAK-arëve, që nuk po e njohin për baba.

Pse nuk flet babai i reformës tani që organet e drejtësisë së re i jane afruar kanakarit te Xhafajt? Erjon Veliaj ishte njeriu që mbushi herësin e Fatmir Xhafajt duke sakrifikuar të paktën 2 drejtues të fushatës së zgjedhjeve për Parlamentin.

Pse babai i reformës nuk i pranon të paktën Lali Erit që ky përbindëshi i dalë jasht kontrollit të Xhafajt, është vepër e Fatmirit si baba i reformes?

Or did Fatmiri realize only after 6 years that in a reform financed by the USA and the EU, Fatmiri could not play the role of a father ? Fatmiri may simply have played the role of a surrogate in a scenario of the recomposition of the entire Albanian state.

Therefore, in all likelihood, the only thing that will bring about the latest uproar around the Assembly, is some costume tender that will be prepared for the staff of President Lindita./ CNA
