A group of environmentalists, some residents, but also some neo-Marxists and anarchists, went to Portonova, Zvërnec, yesterday morning to hold a protest. In fact, some were going for the first time, to see the flamingos.

Although there are no flamingos there. The whole story with them is a manipulation through the content published on social networks. Despite this, environmentalists and others exercised their legitimate right, drove cars into the sand to block the beach, enjoyed it and left.

Protest in Portonovo

Those who were going were traveling from Tirana to Zvërnec, on the road to their left they left Sharra or on the right when they came in. From where they passed, they were near the Sharra landfill, where a corruption affair worth hundreds of millions of euros took place and where the famous incinerator does not exist.

Sharra is the area that is endangering Tirana, the environmental disaster is there. The fires that have occurred in the landfill of Elbasan, Fier or Vlora are nothing compared to the "atomic bomb" that is located in the Sharra landfill.

The environmentalists who go and protest in Zvërnec, some of them are those who loved Sharra so much, many of them were paid by the "heads" of this project, Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto.

Tirana has an environmental "bomb" very close to its center, and that is the Sharra landfill.

These environmentalists who went to Zvërnec yesterday, as well as many others who are protesting, have never been to Sharra. We don't see them protesting where the lives of hundreds of thousands of residents of the capital are at risk.

And if there is a protest that should start and should not stop until the problem is solved, because it endangers the lives of children and residents of the capital, it is precisely the Sharra landfill.

The stolen Sharra landfill, a symbol of corruption!

There is an investigation into the Sharra landfill, which is in the hands of prosecutor Dritan Prençi, which is one more reason to protest not in front of the Prime Minister's Office, nor at the landfill, but in front of SPAK.

Our environmentalists who lied when they said there were flamingos in Zvërnec or that multi-story towers were going to be built and a protected area was being damaged, why don't they tell the residents of the capital, Kamza, Vora and beyond about the environmental disaster in Sharra?!

Why don't we see these environmentalists raise a single slogan in protest for Sharra?

Why don't they come out publicly to talk about the affair and the Sharra landfill?

For a new disaster on the doorstep of the capital, where hundreds of construction companies are dumping the soil from the pits of their towers, it is not known where. The Sharra landfill endangers an entire capital. God protect Tirana!

Environmentalists go and protest, or they don't want a foreign investment in Zvërnec where it's about 4 billion euros, but they don't protest about the concession, the dangerous landfill and the missing incinerator in Tirana, for which hundreds of millions of euros were stolen by people who took the money from the pockets of Albanians.

And if there is a case of corruption, scandal and theft and a danger to the lives of the capital's residents, it is called "Sharra Landfill" and not "Investment in Zvërnec", but it seems that environmentalists choose to protest in front of the Prime Minister's Office, where they dare not mention the incinerator affair.

Blind environmentalists, let's not lump them all together, but most of them do not see or speak about the real environmental crime, because many of them who were bought off by the incinerator affair yesterday are being used as mercenaries against an investment today./ CNA
