Thai hippo makes prediction on 2026 World Cup final

Thailand's famous hippopotamus, Moo Deng, is making another football prediction.

This time, the hippo has chosen Argentina to win the 2026 World Cup final against Spain.

Khao Kheow Zoo in Si Racha District, Chon Buri, organized the event to add color to preparations for the World Cup final and to entertain visitors to the zoo.

The zoo's director, Narongwit Chodchoi, led the nutrition team in preparing two sets of fruit, with the names of Spain (ESP) and Argentina (ARG) carved into the fruit and decorated with national flags.

Moo Deng's guard then released the hippo to choose the team he believed would lift the trophy. Moo Deng walked straight to the Argentine fruit group without hesitation, receiving cheers from the crowd of visitors who were watching the event.
