Former president testifies today in the GJKKO for "Partizani"/ Berisha: Say what you want

In today's trial session on the merits of the "Partizani" case, former president Bamir Topi has been called to testify.

Responding to questions from journalists outside SPAK, the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha, said that he does not know exactly what the former president will testify about.

Among other things, he added that in this process it has been proven that there is no legal violation but only "fiction".

"Exactly why Bamir Topi was summoned is known to those who summoned him. In my opinion, he was summoned because he was the president of the republic. Of course, they will ask him as the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces what he knows about security at that time. Let him say what he wants. I do not need anyone in the world to testify for me because it has been proven that there is absolutely no legal violation. There are unimaginable fabrications in that process ," Berisha said. /CNA
