All justice is being destroyed for the sake of destruction.

For the past 10 months, 13 serious criminal charges have been filed against Erion Veliaj at the Criminal Court of Kosovo, while another file is under investigation regarding his brother, Arbër Veliaj, and the funds he has disbursed.

The sessions are endlessly postponed. A lawyer is hired, a lawyer resigns, a lawyer is dismissed until finally the most beautiful face of justice, Plarent Ndreca, appears, who has the courage to openly threaten justice when in fact he himself is accused of abuse of office and the case against him is being processed at the Criminal Court.

GJKKO and SPAK

10 months, GJKKO and SPAK, investigations, trial dates, hearings, clashes, battles in GJKKO, where in fact the defendant Erion Veliaj is absent. Only the lawyers of the Tirana Municipality's ZDROMS and other accused collaborators attend.

Administrative Court

Beyond the GJKKO, the Administrative Court has had a lawsuit against prosecutor Ols Dado since January, filed by Erion Veliaj. And there's a mess there.

Hearings, lawyers speaking, asking internationals to participate in the trial, open pressure, blackmail against justice, lobbyists speaking, cases in the Administrative Court.

Erion Veliaj is pushing the Administration to overturn the appointment of prosecutor Ols Dado in order to declare the acts invalid and escape serious criminal charges, and instead of facing justice, he goes and finds schemes and scenarios that perhaps his lobbyists, lawyers advise him to, or perhaps he makes them himself, because he stands above lobbyists and lawyers because, as he himself said, he is a scoundrel.

Constitutional Court

On October 31, the Constitutional Court convened in a session to review Veliaj's request to overturn his dismissal, first by the Municipal Council and then by the government, made on September 25, 2025.

The Constitutional Court found it unfair to dismiss Veliaj from the government without hearing him in the Municipal Council.

In fact, Veliaj was given the opportunity to be heard through his lawyer, through a letter or in other forms, but he refused.

Veliaj has been in prison for about 15 months and the Municipality of Tirana is being held hostage by him in the Durrës prison.

So, the Constitutional Court had one request, now there is a second request to repeal the security measure. The Constitutional Court is also being challenged by Erion Veliaj.


Supreme Court

Another court, the High Court, continues to be plagued by the interim decision of Sokol Sadushi, the partisan of the Renaissance, who has become the chief judge. Now, by seeking to overturn a decision of the United Colleges of 2011, he seeks to remove the pioneer's scarf and become the president of the Republic in a bargain with the government.

The Supreme Court is being overturned. The decision is this Monday. Let's wait and see what happens. Will Sokol Sadushi, with the shake-ups he gave the Supreme Court for Veliaj's interests, be able to overturn a decision of the Criminal Court with the Administrative or Civil College?

The GJKKO continues the trial. In the appeal of this court, unfinished cases are going, from Erion Veliaj to the Administrative Court, a process has begun, whatever the decision, Veliaj will take it to the Appeal, to the High Court, another situation with Erion Veliaj.

In addition to his issues, there are other schemes and scenarios. Also in the Constitutional Court.

All the distorted justice for the destruction of Tirana is in the Durrës prison, which holds the capital's municipality hostage while guarding the mayor's chair.

Veliaj continues in the cell with schemes and scenarios, blackmail and threats of various forms simply and solely to avoid facing justice, to avoid going before prosecutors and judges in a real legal battle, but to find a way to get out free in the hope that this can be called a victory and change the course of events./ CNA
