The case of KLP messages, as a criminal case

The investigative show "Stop" on TV Klan yesterday broadcast several messages regarding KLP member Olger Eminaj.

The first moment you see the messages, you immediately say: a high-ranking official has exploited a person, in this case a woman, to have sexual relations, so that he can do her a favor, and so on. Perversions, accusations, slander, attacks, outbursts.

In fact, this is a case that should be viewed with coolness.

Not to defend the KLP member, but looking at the issue, the messages and the communication, many questions arise.

First of all, this material that was published had been circulating for some time, according to what is being said in the media, and many TV channels or portals have not published it.

In fact, there is a debate about whether it should have been published or not, but it was the choice of Saimir, Genti, and the "Stop" staff to publish those messages or that type of denunciation.

The questions that arise are simple but the first and most important is:

Did the KLP member favor the lady who actually sold her private life and it is unknown for what cost?

At least from the messages we've seen so far, it doesn't seem like he did the lady in question a favor.

The rest, what they do in the office, the erotic, super-erotic, perverse messages, are the adults' business, they do whatever they want.

For the person to be found guilty, whether we were dealing with the "Safet Gjici" case or other cases, the lady must have taken advantage of the KLP member.

So, if he were to say: "I will make this report about the prosecutor you are attacking, accusing, just let's have sex" or "Come on, I will do you this favor or that favor", then we would be dealing with a scandalous case, with the exploitation of office to receive sexual favors.

Communications so far do not indicate that the KLP member offered the woman in question any favor or benefit in exchange for having sex.

Here again some questions arise:

First, who is this lady who is taking on the role of the victim this time and accusing only the KLP member, when in fact both should be put in the balance, in the scales?

This lady has exposed her personal life.

For what? For a prosecutor and then she went to a member of the KLP? After she was accused of being a stalker by her ex-husband? Is there any provocation by this lady towards this member of the KLP?

It could also have been a provocation by this lady for a specific purpose, namely to draw her into such messages, to put her in a trap, to blackmail her into hitting the prosecutor and if she didn't do it, she would hit whoever she could, in this specific case a member of the KLP.

This is a suspicion, but here we are dealing with a criminal act, a criminal offense if it is all concocted with the intention of hitting a member of the KLP, to create a "scandal" with a purpose.

A scandal that could come from prosecutors, from lawyers, from associations that are declared to be run by fraudsters, fines, people who hold a lawyer's license and have been convicted of fraud, or other fines, people under investigation for serious criminal offenses.

And if there are a group of collaborators, including dismissed prosecutors, who have organized, managed, paid or acted against the KLP member using the lady or ladies being used by them, we are dealing with a criminal offense, a criminal act with a criminal group.

Not to defend the KLP official, everyone should be calm.

There is a clear ethical violation, but this needs to be analyzed in every detail, not simply and only in the messages that were published.

-Did someone pay this lady money to expose her life and publish these messages?

-Where did he send these messages before taking them to the show's editorial office himself?

-Who made the complaints?

-Why did they hide for so long?

-What is the final goal?

The question is very simple: was there a provocation?

If there was a provocation and the official fell prey, there is an ethical violation, it is his responsibility and he will face the law.

But if he has not returned the favor to the lady, but has simply been deliberately provocative communications from the lady who is being sold as an "angel and victim", when in fact she is a rather problematic individual, because it turns out that she was sued by her ex-husband for stalking, and then it turns out that she had a fierce conflict with the Tirana prosecutor, then what is the truth? Was the prosecutor right? Is this lady a problematic person in her approach to her relationship with her husband, and in what she demanded from justice?

After first there is the persecution of the husband, then the prosecutor is attacked, now a member of the KLP is attacked.

-Are they stylish?

-Are lawyers involved in the consultation?

-Are lawyers convicted of fraud involved?

-Are various individuals involved in the payments or prosecutors removed from office as we highlighted above?

The case of the KLP member must be considered with coolness

Publishing messages on the investigative show Stop

You can't just take those messages (from what we've seen so far) and directly cross someone. Has he broken the law, has he violated ethics, is there a criminal offense? These remain to be seen. But from what we've seen from the messages, there is no real criminal offense from the messages published so far in that case, because it seems clear: he has not offered anything to that lady.

If we look at it with a critical eye, it does not appear that the KLP member promised her anything in exchange for sexual favors.

A relationship between two communicating adults is normal, but when one party provokes with a specific intention to hit a member of the KLP, it is a crime.

When the other party, who is a member of the KLP, lures him behind him by offering him rewards because of his duty, this is also a criminal offense, it is criminal.

But if the second person did not give anything to the lady, but she is a problematic character and may have been used by third parties for certain purposes, then we are dealing with a crime.

The issue should be investigated not only by the KLP member, but also by the lady who sold her name and career for some messages that are old, that belong to another time, and that will become a scandal at another time.

So, in short, the issue must be investigated from both sides, from beginning to end, to see the truth and not to pull out a machine gun to crucify an individual who someone may have a thorn in their side for other troubles and problems, which do not begin and end with associations of fraudsters and fines in the media or prosecutors removed from office.

No, it's beyond that, there are other interests that could be criminal. So, this needs to be investigated./ CNA
