Everything happens "by chance" to Erion Veliaj

As soon as Erion Veliaj was questioned by prosecutors Ols Dado and Altin Dumani, on December 26, 2024, he went outside to the SPAK courtyard and, unlike the previous time when he was summoned to his colleague Dritan Prençi, he went and exploded with accusations at the Municipal Council meeting. He had previously told us that there were several investigations into Ajola. Then he exploded into attacks on journalists. Was it a coincidence?

Then the same journalists were attacked by anonymous portals and fines sheltered in media sponsored by Erion Veliaj's brother, or Carlo Bollino's associates.

Then the entire army of government media rushed at the prosecutors. Was it a coincidence?

Was it a coincidence that the journalist of the Veliaj family, once a servant of Sali Berisha, now a sycophant of Mayor Mero Baze, came out and attacked the prosecutors and SPAK, when until then the call was to defend SPAK for putting Sali and Ilir Meta in prison?

Was it a coincidence that Judge Erjon Bani was attacked while he was giving an assessment of the security measure?

Was the attack on prosecutor Ols Dado with slander, lies, and allegations that he had demanded 2 million euros for Veliaj's release, a coincidence? This emerged in the wiretaps published by CNA.

Was the attack on Judge Engert Pëllumbi with an article by Ilir Yzeiri in Carlo Bollino's Shqiptaren, where the anonymous fines that serve to publish articles accusing Prosecutor Dado of having demanded 2 million euros, but then the article was deleted, a coincidence? The fact is administered by SPAK.

Is it a coincidence that the prosecutors and judges involved in the Veliaj case are being attacked with a barrage of accusations, slander, and insults?

Is it a coincidence that a lobbying report by an American law firm begins with accusations against SPAK and mixes it with the alleged integration of Albania, the case of the Veliaj case?

The report comes out a month before the investigations are closed. Then another report by the same studio comes out when the case is in the Supreme Court. And another report came out a few days ago, after a Supreme Court decision and the hearing that is pending in the Constitutional Court.

A completely "random" report when there are issues at several levels of courts. And then it is taken and used as an analysis, completely "randomly" by the Veliaj family journalist, Mero Baze, published by Carlo Bollino, by these beneficiaries not only from Albanian taxes through funds or concessions, but also through advertisements or collaboration with Erion Veliaj's brother and directly or indirectly with the Municipality of Tirana.

Are the interventions of Sokol Sadushi, the president of the Supreme Court, preventing the criminal panel of this court from giving a decision accidental? And the day before, "accidentally" Sokol Sadushi intervenes and gives an interim decision. All of this is as "accidental" as the fact that Mero Baze declares up and down that Erion Veliaj will be released soon.

Is the stance on the alleged presumption of innocence so coincidental, while there are 13 serious criminal charges against Mayor Erion Veliaj and with what Prime Minister Rama is seeking and who is acting on the orders of Mero Baze, the partisan Sadushi, even a murderer is presumed innocent, even the gangs and criminal groups that were discovered with Sky ECC and then other evidence or repentant witnesses were placed, are presumed innocent, we should leave them out to continue killing, to wait, because by chance they may be innocent, they are presumed so.

Coincidentally, all of this happened to Mayor Erion Veliaj and is dated, hourly, and daily since the moment he was questioned at SPAK about his file.

When "coincidentally" he told us it was Ajole's work, when "coincidentally" the media wrote that Erioni had been arrested for panty work and was being paid somewhere around 30 thousand euros, when in fact, documents found around 850 thousand euros worth of luxury purchases. (READ HERE)

"Accidentally" nine corruption charges were discovered against many other entities with which Erion Veliaj had collaborated or had directly and indirectly benefited.

He "accidentally" used the phone of a prison police officer, creating a problem for him with a charge that carries a 5-year prison sentence.

"Accidentally" the act of abuse of office was proven by the decision of the administrative court, where the truth is very funny because the law firms that defended him sued him for an act committed by Erion Veliaj.

All these facts were discovered "by chance", just as all the above actions coincided with the times of Erion Veliaj's trials or confrontations with prosecutors or the court.

"By chance" it all happened. And by chance we have Erion Veliaj in prison with 13 serious criminal charges and by chance Erion Veliaj uses the media, uses lobbying studios to attack prosecutors, to attack judges, to attack journalists, to suppress the truth.

And, the truth is, it all didn't happen by COINCIDENT./ CNA
