From Rrjolli to Zvërnec, the truth that is not told

The media reported yesterday that there had been violence in Zvërnec, where a tourist resort will be built with an investment of billions of euros.

In fact, even the greatest moralists, that is, those journalists who want to be seen as principled, could not report in their media outlets, they were content on social networks to point the finger at the investor, the Kastrati entity.

In fact, everything said about both the Zvërnec and Rrjoll cases is highly manipulated and not the full truth.

First, regarding the clash and the violence being carried out

In which country in the world can you go into someone else's house, into their property? They claim to be the owners. How are they owners, when a businessman, an investor goes and buys it according to the one who has the ownership certificate, buys this property with lek.

Until the moment there is no project, no investment begins, no one remembers. For 35 years, they don't even know what that property is, they don't even have claims, they have lost even the clashes in court.

From Rrjolli to Zvërnec, the truth that is not told
Protest in Zvernec

Not to mention the idea that pastures have never been private property, which is a big lie, and this is because during Zog's time, every inch of land in Albania had a well-defined owner, be it the state.

For years, for decades, they haven't done anything about that property, the moment an investor shows up and sets up a fence, they go and beat it up. Where does this happen?

What if a group of people went to the house of these people who claim to be part of the environment or invented pseudo-owners or fines collectors who only want to take money from investors? What would happen? They would pull out their rifles and sticks.

What's the point of protesting and entering properties, whoever it is, because it's called a criminal offense, it's called self-justification. If you have a claim, go file a case with the prosecutor's office, go to court. You'll protest, protest on the street, block the road, but no one can enter a construction site, even in a built-up area that is being built and developed. This doesn't happen anywhere.

It shouldn't happen in Rrjoll either, where they were remembered after 35 years and the moment an investor appeared in a forgotten and abandoned area who had bought the property with money, who had paid millions of euros for the architectural project, for the development project of the area, had paid millions of euros in taxes, the moment he appeared to build it, a bunch of people came out and they clashed.

From Rrjolli to Zvërnec, the truth that is not told
Protest in Rrjoll

The same situation in Zvërnec. For decades, no one has dealt with those properties there. A private entity goes, buys it and develops it, some of the best architectural studios in the world come, they want to develop a property that has been forgotten for 3 decades, and then some pseudo-environmentalists appear, mainly fines collectors who survive on the money they receive from these big investors.

And, the responsibility and blame lies with these investors themselves who have taught them such things that after they protest, they go and give them money to shut their mouths when in fact they are within the right and the law, they have bought a property, they have paid money to develop it, they have received a permit from the state.

Therefore, this area where the resort will be built should not be guarded by private police, the state should be there to protect it. People cannot go and commit self-judgment and enter private property, whoever they are.

This is the indisputable truth.

For 35 years, they haven't dealt with those properties, neither in Zvërnec nor in Rrjoll, they remember when the investor leaves.

They go inside the property and protest with self-righteousness, with a criminal offense, when in fact it should have been the opposite.

Those who have claims to continue the lawsuits, the property must be developed. You won the lawsuit and have it developed, it is worth more money, you do not have your property, it belongs to someone else to enjoy, whoever has it.

The residents of the area, those who protest, motivated by different circumstances, first by competition, second by certain political lines in Zvërnec, are undoubtedly Soros's lines, undoubtedly they are die-hard environmentalists. This is a proven truth.

These investments will also benefit the residents of the area, as these resorts need infrastructure, maintenance, and services that will be performed by people who will be trained and well-paid.

These investments are an opportunity for certain areas that have been left in oblivion, where hundreds of residents are left with two products that they sell from their fields or farms. Meanwhile, with the development of areas with such resorts, a large supply and service chain will be needed, which the residents of these areas have this opportunity.

Beyond these so-called protests or clashes, investments worth tens of millions of euros, billions of lek that go to budget revenues, that go as investments, are being hindered.

Those who are within their rights to believe in certain principles are being abused, while others have gone against the law to protest for a property that is not theirs, for a property that the investor has purchased, for a property that the investor has developed, for a property that the investor has permission to own.

This is what is happening with Zvërnec and Rrjoll, this is what happens everywhere with these large investments in some forgotten areas, that when investors go to develop them, 20 bashibozuks appear and go and violate private property with self-justification in violation of the law.

What happened in Zvërnec is even more painful because not only private police officers should be held accountable under the law, but also persons who have forcibly entered private property, as well as the State Police, which must guarantee the security of private property and investment, should be held legally accountable.

Every fine-collector, every pseudo-environmentalist, and every person seeking to take a cut of money from investors cannot be allowed to incite violence, chaos, and disorder, which is done intentionally by individuals who want profits and nothing more than that, even though they are not property owners and not environmentalists at all./ CNA
