They don't have it with SPAK, but they want the courts to their knees

Repeatedly, some characters, who are already public, who come mainly from politics, with legal professions, most of the time you see them posting statuses on social networks and taking a stance against justice, mainly targeting SPAK, the institution which, for the sake of truth, has done a great job for years, sometimes praiseworthy and sometimes criticizable, but SPAK is the structure that has hit crime and corruption in Albania at its core.

SPAK has accomplished what Albanians have been demanding for years, cracking down on corruption at the highest levels of officials, corruption and the most sophisticated crime. In fact, SPAK has done its job. Is there room for criticism? Without question. The incinerator issue is one of the main examples.

Essentially, those who write and attack SPAK have only one problem with their articulations, supposedly in the name of justice, and emphasize that "SPAK has done this, it has done that, they accuse that there is no justice, it is injustice, there is no need for a cage, why are they arresting, should they release high-ranking officials, what are these imprisonments?", endless propaganda.

The same as the propaganda that political parties, the electoral machinery of power, do. There is no difference from Hoxha's dictatorship that "unmasked" merchants or enemies of the party and the people.

What happens?

First, the people who write and hold positions are lawyers, they have clients who are accused of corruption and crimes, the media is misused with or without desire and gives them space, turning them into lawyers for corruption and crime.

Just as Ylli Manjani defends a criminal group, just as defendant Plarent Ndreca defends the other defendant Erion Veliaj in the indictment in the Criminal Court of Kosovo, or lawyer Cakrani defends Ilir Meta or lawyer Gjokutaj defends Dr. Berisha.

They are attacking the justice system, mainly SPAK. They say "there is no evidence," and the media repeats what the defense says, attacking the prosecution.

They post statuses on social media. "The court, they say, is an extension of SPAK, SPAK has taken it hostage." They bombard the media with news. They take it and keep it on screens, on television stands at night, they talk, they gossip, they accuse the justice system, SPAK, and when necessary, even the judges.

In fact, what is being done is intimidation, open pressure on the courts in the media. A criminal act.

The defendants' lawyers, in addition to the courtroom where they must defend their clients, also have the media as a platform for their defense. They use their social networks, but how can the media fall prey to this clear scheme? Every day, open and unstoppable pressure and blackmail against justice.

The very ones who write and speak, these crime lawyers, the lawyers of the defendants, of corruption, both on their social networks that have already turned into a propaganda tool, and in the courtroom that they oppose the evidence, 24 hours without stopping, screen by screen, portal by portal, what Ylli Manjani said, a draft of the defendant Plarent Ndreca is inserted, a statement before the court session is flashed on the screen by Kujtim Cakrani, Genc Gjokutaj is also inserted into a comment on the court decision. Public defense of the accused when there is still no court decision and the prosecution is simply announcing its legal actions.

All those who speak before the hearings, comment on the decisions, attack SPAK, have no other concern, their concern is having the court on its knees.

They are in a battle with the prosecutors, they want to win the case, they have black eyes, part of them from the money they receive, from the payments. They are not lawyers who work for free, who speak about human rights or who want to protect the public interest. No! Beyond every television appearance and every statement they make, they have an extra client, they have an extra bill, their pockets are full.

They don't care about SPAK, but about their propaganda aimed at bringing justice to its knees. They want to bring the court to its knees and fill their pockets with money. This is their system.

There is no evidence, no facts, they say rights are being violated, the files are piled up, the courts argue their decisions.

 

“VICTIMS of LAWYERS”

Erion Veliaj cannot be kept in prison for signing 850 thousand euros, which they trivially called panties for Ajola. This is shameful, because Veliaj does not only have those charges.

They are the tax money of Albanians that he signed and gave to his wife through various means. There are other accusations of corruption, of laundering the proceeds of crime, there are accusations when he took and destroyed evidence with Klotilda Bushka, the chairwoman of the Parliamentary Laws Committee, and they come out as the victim.

Karçanaj comes out and plays the victim, Meta comes out and plays the victim, Erion Veliaj comes out and plays the victim. Those bandits who have killed, who are in prisons arrested by SPAK, come out and play the victim. These are all "victims".

The lawyers who defend these "victims" and attack SPAK and the judge are the "culprits" and what is the ultimate goal?

What we emphasized above: These people go out and put on a "show" in the media and fight for justice to bring judges to their knees to make decisions in favor of their clients or to use them in lobbying reports or European courts.

These lawyers are in a clear conflict of interest with the public, because in addition to being defenders of their clients, they use the screen and the media for their own pocket interests to criminally attack justice, to accuse prosecutors or judges, whose place of confrontation is the courtroom.

Therefore, they have no other choice; they want to bring the courts to their knees and issue the decisions they want, lining their pockets with the money of their clients, who come from corruption and crime because that's how they are accused./ CNA
