An explanation for a public fraud/ The two-pronged decision of the
Constitutional Court

Yesterday, the Supreme Court issued a ruling and said that Erion Veliaj should remain in prison.

But immediately Veliaj's media, some as paid fraudsters, said that this decision had nothing to do with what the Constitutional Court had said, as there will be another request and another decision from the Supreme Court.

For all those reading, the Constitutional Court has given two directions in its decision.

First, the Supreme Court should say why a mayor should be kept in prison, whether he has immunity or not, and this issue is well defined by law, and the Constitutional Court has simply thrown the ball to Sokol Sadushi, to Mero Baze's man who raised the bar that with a new unifying decision he would empty the prisons, but in fact SPAK did not fill the prisons and they are not full because Erion Veliaj is inside. The police and the District Prosecutors' Offices fill the prisons with fakirs, poor people.

Mero Baze, a fraudster, came out yesterday and told us that the Supreme Court will speak out. For what? Why is a mayor in prison?

The law has determined it; the mayor has no immunity. The Supreme Court, precisely because the Constitutional Court kept him in office as mayor, should keep him in prison, because a free man in office destroys evidence and this is a fact. Not to mention the witnesses and the possible pressure on them.

A mayor is caught in serious criminal acts, in corruption, and he has proven it not simply and only for his wife's panties, but for 850 thousand euros signed and given through the NGO of Ajola Xoxa, his wife. Not to mention the others.

The Supreme Court must speak out and respond to the Constitutional Court and argue why a mayor should be in prison, when everyone knows that he has no immunity and is well defined by the law and the constitution.

It's not just Erion Veliaj who is in prison, he was the mayor of Lushnja, it's the case of Jorgo Goro, it's the case of the mayor of Bulqiza, it's also the case of Fredi Beleri, that the Constitutional Court itself, when the latter addressed him and said I'm on duty I have to go and take the oath, the Constitutional Court didn't let him, it told him you'll stay there in the cell. These are the facts.

What does the Supreme Court mean? That the law says that the mayor cannot be arrested? But is this the same Supreme Court, or are there 7 different court decisions that keep Erion Veliaj in prison? But what about the poor people paid to deceive?

As for the cage issue, it's a closed story and a joke that comes around, playing on the principle that when a fool throws a stone into the river, a bunch of wise people can't pull it out.

In fact, it doesn't take much wisdom because there are decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on that issue.

In fact, that is one thing that cannot free Erion Veliaj from prison. Nor their hoped-for proportionality that he is mayor, with the theory that if you are accused of 5 serious criminal offenses and 13 times, being the head of the municipality you can escape and not be arrested.

Erion Veliaj is in prison with 7 court decisions with arguments and facts provided by prosecutors and evidence that show that Erion Veliaj should remain in prison with or without the paid fraud of Mero Baze, or other wretches./ CNA
