The state administrator confirmed two facts about the incinerator in Tirana, where there is no incineration, but only landfill, and for this the government pays 29 euros/ton from the taxes of the Albanians.

One of the facts is that, unlike the municipalities of Fier that pay 12 euros/ton of waste, the municipalities of Tirana pay 17 euros more for landfill.

Meanwhile, another fact is that in Tirana the incineration will cost 4 euros more than in Fier.

These data that CNA denounced, based on the statements of Farudin Arapi, were repeated today in the Parliament by MP Monika Kryemadhi.

She declared from the podium that the concessionaire of Tirana, which is paid not only by the municipalities, but also by other companies for inerts, receives a minimum of 100 thousand euros per day from the taxes of the Albanians.

Also, Kryemadhi reiterated that the incinerators are not the property of Mirel Mërtir, Klodian Zoto and Stela Gugalljas, but are the property of the state.
