On April 25, 2023, the show "Stop" aired the case of a 6-year-old girl, who was kidnapped by her father in 2021, even though it was contrary to court decisions.

Vjollca Zyka went to "Stop" with concern for her daughter and granddaughter. She said that the girl has been married since 1996 and in 2012 she moved with her two sons and her husband to Italy.

From this marriage, her daughter suffered physical and psychological violence. The couple's sons are 26 and 25 years old today. In 2015, a daughter was born, but a year later the couple broke up. She continued to live in Italy and her ex-husband and sons returned to Albania. Today Vjollca's granddaughter is 8 years old.

After the boys' constant requests to meet their sister, Mrs. Vjollca's daughter, Saimira returns to Albania in December 2021. During the meeting with the boys, they and her father kidnap the girl and leave.

Saimira turned to the police in Rinas and then in Durrës, but the girl was not found. "Stop" tracked down the gentleman in the beach area in Durrës and learned that in order to hide him from being found, his father had also shaved him.

With the cooperation of the Local Directorate of the Durrës Police, it became possible to observe and accompany Robert Gjinika and his 25-year-old son, since, contrary to the court's decision, they took the little girl, hiding her from her mother.

After the first difficult meeting and with the cooperation of the police officers of the Durrës Directorate, "Stop" made it possible for the little girl to return to her mother.

Once again, the father tried to prevent the execution of the court's decision, making the situation even more difficult and tense. It took the intervention of the police to accompany him to the police station.

The mission to unite mother and daughter was very clear for "Stop" and they succeeded. This was the long-awaited moment where both, mother and daughter, left the enforcement office.

"We are very well and the girl is here with me, she is waiting to talk", said mother Saimira Zyka.
