A term borrowed in the title, financial "bleeding", is not articulated by me, but said by the former minister, former socialist deputy, Ditmir Bushati, at the meeting of the Socialist Party Presidency.

A strong, warning term, in that meeting, as reported, Prime Minister Rama became quite nervous and was shocked by the expression used.

In fact, the financial "bleeding" of the Renaissance happened with the concessions and with the PPPs for which Prime Minister Rama had been warned more than once by the media, they had been denounced with dozens of scandals since the "check-up", sterilization, incinerators, other concessions, but the prime minister remained silent and supported them in the hope that these affairs would one day be forgotten, or by propagandizing other solutions and attacking whistleblowers, everything would be resolved.

In fact, we are facing a scandal, we are facing a big affair called the "bloodshed" of the Renaissance, which summarizes everything that happened during the 10 years of the socialists' rule with corruption, affairs and concessions.

If we take the financial "bloodshed" of Rilindja a little short, if the testimonies of the officials in the parliamentary investigative commission on the incinerators issue were taken for example, who swore and have criminal responsibility, all of them turned out to have cheated and all of them would be today behind bars.

Today, after almost 3 years, in the investigation commission for the incinerators, the financial "bleeding" of the incinerators has not been stopped, just as the "check up" has not been stopped, or other concessions and corruption in many directions have not been stopped. institutions continues.

There was no political, administrative, or legal measure. The responsible politicians who are the individuals, in the Municipality of Tirana, who must act in relation to the issues, where the media denounces from the opposition, with people within the socialist party, carried out a few years ago, even with arrests, still the incinerators continued the business.

They continued and took from 2021 of the Investigative Commission and from the reports that were made to SPAK, they continued to take money from taxpayers. It is 25 million euros in the declaration of income during the year 2021, this is also 2022 approximately, from the Tirana landfill business, where the incinerator does not exist.

It cannot be accepted that the theft of the century can be blamed on Alqi's father, the tiger's wives, Taulant Tushja, his tribe, Lefter Koka's family members and so on.

Therefore, the denunciation of the incinerator affair was done without compromise to stop exactly the financial "bleeding", which was not done.

There is no one in the world today who thinks and believes that the tiger put the government on its head and made 17 decisions in a day, or Taulant Tushja with his mind signed an incinerator with a 30-year concession contract, 1 billion euros.

This is a political will, it is a political will of the Renaissance, which abandoned landfills, even though there were studies in cooperation with the German government, there was funding, everything was secured, but it was given up and taken to incinerators, which cost hundreds of millions of euros , that do not work, or that do not exist.

In case the political power would be interested in the truth and if it had not put its hands and feet into the incinerator affair, within 24 hours they would have been stopped, or moreover, Mirel Mërtiri and Klodian Zoto would not have been allowed to were leaving Albania, the first in Vienna and the second roaming the streets of Tirana at night.

There would have been much faster actions against Mirel Mërtir in any state structure, but the state had fallen under the hoof of the incinerators' people, who were part of the financial "bleeding" of the Renaissance. They were part of the vision of the political power to build concessions, PPP, which in fact simply brought about the financial "bleeding" of the Renaissance which did not stop.

Today we are facing the fact and there are dozens of arrests, investigations about incinerators, there are arrests related to the sterilization concession and so on.

What is most important in this whole story is to stop this financial "bleeding" and find out where the money went? 

Where did the money of the poor Albanians go and why was financial "bleeding" used as a political concept by the Renaissance and they did not stop their concessions and corruption even though it has been denounced non-stop by the media, by politics, by the opposition and civil society for years./ CNA
