Albanian executed in Colombia

Artur Tushi, 44, was killed on El Poblado Avenue, in Medellin, Colombia.

Witnesses to the event stated that a motorcycle stopped in front of the victim and abducted him to the location where the execution took place.

"A motorcycle stopped in front of the victim, the perpetrator, after asking him about his identity, took him with him to the place where the execution took place," witnesses said.

A 77-year-old woman was injured during the murder. Security cameras enabled police to capture the suspect in the murder. He is a Venezuelan citizen, a resident of the Mirador neighborhood in the municipality of Bello, Colombia.

General William Castaño, commander of the Metropolitan Police, told the media that the police are now waiting for information from Interpol to fully identify the perpetrator and to learn about his criminal past. The perpetrator risks a sentence of up to 33 years in prison.
