Prime Minister Edi Rama, in his reaction yesterday, "shooting" for the mayor of Erion Veliaj, tried to tell us simply and only that he agreed with what Lali had said and the rest was an attack on the media with murderous media accusations , whistleblowers, interesters, fines, screens, portals, and others in a row.

Prime Minister Edi Rama, in the words written by him, said:

We have nothing to do with this as long as the slanders of politicians and the denigrations of media killers have become part of our public life, turned into a jungle where the first does not understand the second, where arguments are not debated. it is only propagated with accusations and shouted to prevent the other from speaking, where freedom of expression has become freedom of slander, where slanderers are not punished either by law or by custom, except by vote, they only dominate with insolence, even in the old Canon of Albanians, even in every educational book of democratic civilization, is considered an unforgivable violation".

The prime minister knows all this very well because he is around all those he talks about. The media which speak the truth against Erion Veliaj cannot have interests with the government.

What did the municipal audit do? What do the institutions under the Prime Minister do? Does the prime minister have an inspection? Does the prime minister have control? What is a bloated administration with tens of thousands of people paid for by Albanian taxes? 

What are the institutions in the Ministry of the Interior for? What does SHISH do? Structures depending on the prime minister, what role do other inspections have? Did they fail to catch these thieves, or did they know and keep silent because the thieves were with Erion Veliaj?

Therefore, Mr. Prime Minister, rather than attacking the media, should call Erion Veliaj, who should tell the truth.

Why was the money earned by the "5D" company used? Where did they go? Because these people are the main ones of Erion Veliaj's electoral campaign, because there are all reasonable suspicions that the money could have been used to buy votes, that's why those results come out.

And if the prime minister has blessed them and accepts them to build companies to get money, with the money to keep Erion Veliaj in power, for him to stay mayor and reward them with offices, and then rush for bought votes to keep Edi Rama in power, then it was the media's fault for telling such painful truths that are not coffee shop rumours, but are screaming truths that the prime minister must see and although there is no need for them never accepted, the day will come when he will apologize not only for the "5D" file, but as happened with the incinerators and with many atrocities of the oppressors and power thieves of Edi Rama./ CNA
