Today was the day when the directors of Veliaj, 6 leaders of Tirana Municipality appeared at SPAK.

It already seems that the officials of the Municipality of Tirana, the directors of this institution will no longer have their work premises in the Municipality, but it seems that they will open their "offices" and will work in SPAK or somewhere next to decisions of the Court. 

Erion Veliaj was the man who defended the directors, the affair of "5D" and the incinerators. He emphasizes that he is not the Contracting Authority, he emphasizes that he is not the hotel owner.

In fact, Erioni is the mayor of Tirana, he is legally responsible for the management of the city and he is the man who appointed all these directors, whom he is selling.

On the other hand, it is these people who, with their actions and inactions, have deepened the scandal of the Tirana incinerator affair, where an additional contract was signed on top of the contract signed by the government, which is tens of millions of euros, as is the case of the land denunciation.
