The affair of the century is that of the incinerators that starts in Elbasan, goes to Fier and ends in Tirana.

An affair of hundreds of millions of euros paid from the pockets of Albanian taxpayers, by the Albanian government, by municipalities for incinerators that do not work, have not been completed and do not exist.

In Elbasan, a company with zero experience was invented, a NIPT was opened, a lady like Stela Gugallja, Mirel Mërtiri's cohabitant and mother of his children, was registered, and a 24 million euro investment was made, an oil boiler was built, which does not work, is out of order.

They then went to Fier, but Mirel Mërtiri doesn't come out directly, Klodian Zoto comes in, the value is 35 million euros, it's not finished yet, it doesn't work, we just have a landfill.

In both Elbasan and Fier, garbage fires broke out, and waste continues to burn as in centuries past. They continue to emit carcinogenic gases.

We come to Tirana, where they signed a contract worth 300 million euros for 30 years, where the payment would be made by the Albanian government through an unconditional transfer to the Municipality of Tirana. The latter, over the years, would bear the entire payment itself.

The contract was signed in 2017 and today we are in 2025, 8 years later the incinerator does not exist, simply and for only 6 years unlimited money was stolen, with suspicious, manipulated balance sheets, with income payments that amounted to 25 million dollars per year and with colossal profits.

The incinerator was never built in Tirana and, as investigations have shown, the company did not have the money, but began looking for it from others.

Again, a company called "Integrated Energy" was born, which later became "Geogenix", and it had no money for investments.

Furthermore, a contract was invented for the issue of dumping soil from which the company earned around 60 million euros, almost as much as the money it received from the Albanian government in 6 years, even this paid by Albanian taxpayers, by the residents of Tirana, because in the end the builders sent the bill to the buyer along with the added cost of the Municipality of Tirana.

In Tirana, drones were flying from the Municipal Police, the Environment, vehicles and trucks were following behind for an incinerator that does not exist to get the money from Mireli and Klodian Zoto, to get the money from media outlets like "Top Channel", as the most important, and then Carlo Bollino's "Report TV", etc.

CNA has shown with invoices, documents and all these facts with tens of millions or hundreds of millions of euros disappeared with incinerators that do not work, that have not been completed and do not exist, they have included in their story only a few officials, Project Implementation Units, supervisory officials, specialists or low-level managers in the ministry and nothing more.

Everything in the final was billed to one individual, former Deputy Prime Minister Arben Ahmetaj, but so far nothing more.

None of the municipal officials, neither those of Fier, nor those of Elbasan, nor those of Tirana, have been charged or investigated.

In Fier, Armando Subashi is naked in front of the incinerators affair. Someone saved him. It is the same prosecutor Dritan Prençi who investigated that case. Somewhere the influence of judge Irena Gjoka also appears.

In Tirana, it doesn't exist, there's simply a mountain of garbage, the incinerator doesn't exist, hundreds of millions of euros are being paid.

What's going on? A criminal group has been formed, they've taken Mirel with his friends and some journalist who was fined by "Top Channel" as this television station itself accuses him of, and nothing more than that.

Erion Veliaj has no charges, even though he has documents, public statements, and videos, because Dritan Prençi, just as he put the lid on Fier by not taking senior officials, is seeking to put the lid on Tirana by exceeding every investigative deadline and not taking any senior official, including the mayor of Tirana who was caught red-handed for abuse of office with the Tirana incinerator, but prosecutor Prençi is sleeping.

There are two ways to sleep on files when you are a prosecutor:

Either you are incompetent, or you are corrupt!/ CNA
