On July 5 of this year, the show Stop on TV Klan dealt with the problem of Gurisel Selimllari in Pogradec, who is divorced from his wife and they have a son from the marriage. The court has decided that the father will meet the son every Friday for two hours at the enforcement office.

But the meeting did not take place, as the mother does not implement the court decision. After two years, the state bailiff fined Guriseli's ex-wife for not bringing the child to meet the father. With the intervention of "Stop", Gurisel Selimllari made the meeting with his son.

“Unë kam të drejtën e takimit sipas ndryshimit të vendimit që ta marr djalin tim nga e premtja deri të dielën 3 javët e para të muajit dhe javën e fundit pushim. Por kjo gjë nuk po realizohet nga ana e zyrës përmbarimore të Pogradecit. Ajo vazhdon të njëjtat probleme. Një herë e sjell dhe 2-3 herë nuk e sjell. Po bën 4 javë që fëmijën nuk e kam takuar. Më kanë premtuar do bëjmë kallëzim penal. Kallëzimi penal po bën 2 muaj, nuk është bërë akoma”, thotë Guriseli.

Gazetarja e emisionit Stop, Domenika Bajraktari, ishte sërish te zyrta përmbarimore në Pogradec së bashku me Guriselin.

Sipas vendimit të gjykatës, ish-bashkëshortja duhet ta sillte djalin në orën 14:00. Por edhe pse ky orar kishte kaluar, aty ndodhej vetëm gazetarja e Stop, Guriseli dhe përmbarusi. Ndërsa ish-bashkëshortja me djalin nuk kishte ardhur.

Pas ndërhyrjes së gazetares së Stop, ish-bashkëshortja u paraqit dhe premtoi se do të zbatojë vendimin e gjykatës. / tvklan.al
