The program "Stop" was this Friday in Tirana, where a lady showed that her husband's car, 2 mobile phones and 1810 euros were seized when he was arrested.

The order for the return of his belongings has been issued since May 2021, but he only took the car and the mobile phones and the amount of Euros remained.

"There was an accident, the man was convicted and is serving his sentence. The items have been seized for more than a year. The decision to recover was given. I got the car while the money and the two phones have not been given to me yet. I went to my lawyer and they did not give me any kind of answer. I don't understand the reason why they should still keep them, knowing that the court has given the final decision to take them", said the whistleblower.

The lady turned to the Prosecutor's Office of Elbasan, where the procedures for the return of her husband's belongings began.

Pasi merr paratë dhe kërkon edhe dy celularët, zonjën e përcjellin duke i thënë, se ka mbaruar punë e të mos i shqetësojë më.
