The Italian-Albanian publisher, Carlo Bollino, will face an investigation by SPAK.

CNA has learned that opposition experts have prepared a complete, voluminous file regarding the Italian, who, more than a journalist and a publisher, is the propaganda voice of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the beneficiary of his government's concessions.

According to official sources provided by CNA, it is learned that some experts of the opposition, as well as those of the incinerators, who have prepared several complete files, which are being taken day by day to SPAK to clarify the truth of the affair until the end.

But another group of lawyers and economic specialists have collected and calculated the activity of Carlo Bollino, the used properties and the contracts with the Albanian government.

According to opposition experts, citizen Carlo Bollino has benefited from several contracts such as Bunkart 1, Bunkart 2. He is also the beneficiary of a property with an area of ??about 4 thousand square meters, of which there are about 1600 meters of construction area.

This is according to a VKM dated October 2, 2019.

This contract is understood to have been signed for 1 euro and passed with a VKM, then there is an addition to the contract where 872 square meters have been added as a tenant and then on May 6, 2020 during the pandemic, a government decision that has led to the demolition of the leased facilities in the contract dated October 2 and 14, 2019, given to Carlo Bollino's "MTSC" company.

These are the three VKM for the benefit of a property where "Report TV" was built.

After the contracts for Bunkart 1 and Bunkart 2, the opposition experts have also collected data regarding the benefits from third parties that the citizen Carlo Bollino had through his connections, justifying them as regular legal procedures as was the case of the benefits of IT services, from a company owned by citizen Igli Gjelishti, which then, after receiving the amount of money from AKSHI, most of it went to Carlo Bollino's companies.

Documents and facts related to several other companies and benefits from public funds have also been collected, not to mention the payments made by the incinerator companies to the citizen Carlo Bollino, which have been justified as advertising.

In fact, according to experts' data, Bollino has served as one of the main propaganda instruments to hide the truth and divert investigations in SPAK, since even though the incinerators were missing and out of order, he sold them as functional or lied public opinion regarding the investigations and the persons involved in them.

Also third persons within the staff who have been involved in Carlo Bollino's schemes up to strong suspicions, but also accusations of his propaganda up to possible blackmails that may have been made by Carlo Bollino's media for reasons of various with the purpose of the benefits of some assets and concessions, which have been given by the government of Prime Minister Edi Rama to the Italian publisher in recent years.

The same sources pointed out that just as it was done with the incinerators by taking exclusive authentic documents for the citizen Carlo Bollino, there are not only VKMs and contracts, but also other materials, which lead to the discovery of the truth about the involvement and the unfair benefit of Carlo Bollino's properties or the suspicions and accusations that will be addressed to Prime Minister Rama and the government regarding corruption and the purchase of the media by giving rewards in properties, concessions and others. / CNA
