After 653 pages of documents delivered by Belind Kelliçi to the head of SPAK, Altin Duman, it is expected that several dozen more pages of documents will be delivered in another information sent to the head of SPAK.

According to official sources, CNA has learned that the group of opposition experts has collected other "e-mails" and communications, exclusive documents of Klodian Zoto, Mirel Mërtir, Stela Gugalle, their people including foreign administrators abroad or the new dormant shareholders as they called themselves in the depositions they gave to SPAK.

CNA has learned that it is about "e-mails" that further deepen the scandal, but also lead to the complete disclosure of the truth of the incinerators, which is required to be manipulated, hidden and sold to the public opinion as a scandal, which has already passed, although 6 years have passed and the incinerator company received 110 million euros from Albanian taxes and the incinerator does not exist.

Also, it has not yet been clarified why the appropriate 80 million euros were not invested according to the investment plan, i.e. why the latter was not implemented, but it is required to play with deadlines.

With their postponement that in fact simply and only showed us that the company that received the concession of the Tirana incinerator already according to the investigations and those that have been released by the media was not a company that met the legal criteria and conditions to take over the administration of the landfill .

There was no balance of 128 million euros as stated in the contract and there were no real partners in the companies "Paul Wurth" and "Energy Recuperator".

They were merely temporary contract names until the concession contract was obtained and then left without further discussion of the change of shareholders in the parent company, which should have actually been done with the approval of the line ministry and this has not happened

Opposition experts are already proving with concrete facts and documents that the incinerator affair is a real corruption bomb, which will not be stopped.
