Ende në vitin 2023, qytetarët duhet të përballen me problematika si rrugët me gropa që në kuhste të kqëija të motit mbushen plot ujë dhe bëhen një pengesë për qytetarët që lëvizin në këmbë apo në mjet.

Kjo mun dtë jetë një gjendje e zakonshme në rrugë lagjeje, porn ë rastin që vjen si denoncim në CNA, situata është krejt tjetër.

Një qytetar ka sjellë pranë redaksisë sonë disa video, ku shihet që para Poliklinës së Specialistëve në Kukës rruga është në gjendje të mjerueshme, me gropa, plot ujë, një problematikë që shqetëson qytetarët që kryejnë vizitat e tyre në këtë poliklinë.

Në fakt kjo gjendje është prej vitesh. Rruga është shtruar deri tek hyrja e madhe e oborrit por pjesa e rrethimit të Poliklinës është në gjendjen siç e shihni në pamjet në video./ CNA
