Carlo Bollino already has a second report in SPAK.

The first one was submitted about 10 days ago by MP Flamur Noka in connection with the construction of the "Report TV" building, which is alleged to have had forgeries, violations of the law, suspicious funds, a plot of land donated to build a gymnasium, alienated , auctioned, rented for 1 euro.

About 10 charges are listed in the report. In the lawsuit, Anila Denaj, former Minister of Finance and Economy, today Minister of Agriculture alongside Carlo Bollino, appears to be the person with the most accusations regarding the construction of the "Report TV" building.

Opposition experts have told CNA today that a second report has been signed by 10 opposition MPs against citizen Carlo Bollino.

Unlike the first report, this one concerns the benefits, subcontracting and income in various companies that Carlo Bollino has benefited from secret tenders and not such, carried out in various state institutions. Several businesses and high officials are directly involved.

The experts point out that the criminal file has several offenses that burden the citizen Carlo Bollino, but in this case we are dealing with funds benefited by the state.

CNA also learned from opposition experts that a third report is being prepared that will be sent to SPAK, but no information has been provided as voluminous documents provided by state institutions are being verified, scanning the income, benefits and declarations made. by the citizen Carlo Bollino, who is the owner of Report TV and the publisher of "Shqiptarja.com".

CNA has learned that unlike the first time when Flamur Noka himself signed, this time 10 opposition MPs have requested to sign the report, which is the second one sent to SPAK for Italian-Albanian Carlo Bollino.

CNA yesterday reacted with a note after Bollino's comment that the attacks against him were ordered by Sali Berisha and were a matter of blackmail due to his media positions.

In fact, for the first time already, after more than 30 years of political debate, as Carlo Bollino considers it, the latter must answer to SPAK regarding its involvement, benefits, construction of the building and other allegations for which CNA has learned that so far there are at least 3, two of them have been completed and the third is expected in the future./ CNA
