The Chairman of the Opportunity Party, Agron Shehaj, held an interpellation with the Minister of Interior, Besfort Lamallari, in today's plenary session, regarding the illegal activity of call centers.
Shehaj said that in some cases, operations against call centers have been exposed and asked Lamallari to know what the police are doing to combat the exposure.
The head of "Mundësia" also said that he wants to be made aware of the measures that have been taken to prevent call center fraud from happening again.
" Criminal activity has spread throughout Tirana. In recent years, a dark sector has emerged, where EU citizens are being defrauded of hundreds of thousands of euros. I want to know what measures have been taken to prevent this from happening again. What is the police doing to combat the phenomenon of debunking ," said Shehaj.
